We are Ian from England and Elisabetta from Faenza, a couple excited to welcome you to Podere Milzetta! This is a wonderfully peaceful area, nestled close to the vineyard, offering fantastic opportunities for walks and excursions. You'll have full access to all the amenities our farmhouse provides. We're here for you even during the winter months, where you can cozy up inside the farmhouse with the fireplace, a convenient bathroom, and heating to keep you warm.

Wir sind 5 Minuten vom Zentrum von Faenza entfernt, das für seine Keramik und viele andere Dinge berühmt ist. Vom Bauernhof aus gibt es eine landschaftlich reizvolle 5 km lange Ringroute, die sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu bewältigen ist. Etwas weiter unten gibt es Bars und 2 gute Restaurants, die in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind.

In Faenza sind wir berühmt für Keramik, das mittelalterliche Dorf Brisighella ist 12 km entfernt und Ravenna 35 km. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, mit dem Zug über den Apennin nach Florenz zu fahren, mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Meer ist 40 km von Faenza entfernt und kann mit dem Zug oder dem eigenen Fahrzeug erreicht werden. Gute Verbindungen nach Bologna, Mailand und Venedig

Sehr nette und vertrauensvolle Menschen. Ich durfte das Bad im Haus benutzen. Ich wünsche noch viel Kraft und Ideen Reichtum bei der weiteren Sanierung des Hauses. Herzlich Petra
Nette Gastgeber. Eigentlich ruhiger, idyllischer Platz bei altem Bauernhof. Leider haben die Hunde vom benachbarten Zwinger viel gebellt und die Ruhe etwas gestört.
Nice and quiet place - once the dog stopped barking ;-) Host always available every evening and very helpful. Would come again...

Very friendly and helpful people. They offered us to stay inside, since the weather was bad. Very accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely book again if given the chance.
