Discover our unique camping spot on a farm in Selez, Canton Uri! Perched at nearly 1700 meters above sea level, our campsite is nestled on a picturesque meadow directly above a small stable. Please note, access to the campsite is exclusively on foot, adding to its serene, secluded charm. Reach us via the Ruogig Fleschsee cable car; from the mountain station, it's just a scenic 10-minute walk. From your tent, a world of adventure awaits! Enjoy endless opportunities for hiking, climbing, biking, barbecuing, and simply soaking in the breathtaking natural beauty. In just 45 minutes, you can reach the stunning Fleschsee lake and the Fleschkiosk. Barbecue areas in Biel and various mountain restaurants are also about a 45-minute walk away. For cycling enthusiasts, you can bike towards the Klausen Pass and revel in the magnificent scenery. Here, you'll be treated to spectacular mountain views and the soothing sound of cowbells – a truly authentic alpine experience!

Die Bergrestaurants liegen zu Fuss etwa 45-60 Minuten entfernt.  Alpkäse gibts an einigen Standorten von den Älplern zu kaufen. Eine Bäckerei & Dorfladen gibts im Dorf unten in Bürglen. Dazu müssen Sie mit der Seilbahn runter fahren und dann wieder hochfahren.

Der Fleschsee ist ca. 45 Gehmiuten vom Zeltplatz entfernt. Der Bach befindet sich in der Nähe vom Zeltplatz. Der Stall bietet Schatten am Nachmittag und Abend.

Wenn man 10 Minuten hoch zur Bergstation Ruogig läuft, kann man von da aus zu Fuss zum Wandern, oder mit dem Bike weiter. Ebenso gibt es viele Kletterrouten in der Nähe. Eine Abkühlung gibts im Fleschsee. Wenn man Glück hat, sieht man in der Nacht noch einige Wildtiere wie Rehe, Füchse oder Gemsen.

Unsere Nacht bei Vreni war super schön. Der Platz verfügt sogar über eine kleine Scheune, in der wir bei kaltem Wetter gut Unterschlupf gefunden haben. Vreni und ihr Mann waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden den Ort jedem empfehlen.

Super schöner Platz mit toller Sicht auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber-Familie ist extrem hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Positive experience in a very quiet natural setting. The host family was welcoming and helpful, providing a table and a wooden shelter in case of bad weather. The ground is flat and convenient for camping. It is recommended to arrive via cable car. There are several hiking options nearby, with open landscapes and cows grazing in the surrounding meadows. A suitable choice for those looking for simplicity and immersion in nature. Highly recommended!! :)
