Thun, die wunderschöne Stadt mit dem Schloss, gilt als Tor zum Berner Oberland. Von hieraus ist eine Schlauchboot Tour auf der Aare Richtung Bern sehr empfehlenswert. Natürlich darf eine Fahrt aufs Schilthorn, James Bond lässt grüssen, und aufs Jungfraujoch nicht fehlen. Das Simmental mit seinem Chaletdörfern und dem Simmentaler Hausweg ist sicher einen Ausflug wert. Du kannst auch das Eigerdorf Grinderwald und das Lauterbrunnental mit den Wasserfällen besuchen. Ob Wandern, Rodeln oder Ruderbootsfahrten, dies bietet dir der Oeschinensee im Kandertal. Dein Naturerlebnis ist dir garantiert.
Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist der Spiel- und Erlebnisweg Grimmimutz im Diemtigtal, sicher eine gute Alternative für einen gelungen Familienausflug.

A wonderful spot with stunning views of the mountains, fields, and chalets. Jos was very helpful, and together with Regina they have their own garden on the other side of the house, so you feel pleasantly secluded, perfect if you value privacy. We stayed with our dog and had a truly lovely time in that area.
