On the unpaved road you traveled to get here, dogs often walk accompanied by their owners; we want to avoid unpleasant accidents for which we cannot take responsibility. We are confident in your responsible behavior. Child Management Dear guests, you have brought your children to this home. In this place where we live and partly work, there are many objects and tools that can be potentially dangerous for a child unfamiliar with them. In addition to objects and tools, there are also animals, insects, and plants. We cannot lock everything away; what your children do within the boundaries of this property is your responsibility. Therefore, we ask you not to allow them to enter any area, touch, or, even worse, use tools and objects, or disturb animals and uproot plants. Please keep an eye on what your children are doing and ensure they are always visible to you. You are responsible and liable for any damage they cause or inflict on the property or the animals on the premises.

Museums and historic city center

Upon request, we can arrange cycling excursions (with your own bikes) and walking tours. You can also book a delightful dinner featuring a tasting of typical Modenese products, and/or a delicious breakfast.

Snowshoeing excursions in the mountains can be organized (a one-hour drive away).
