Nestled in nature, completely secluded on a farm, high up on a hillside, you'll find the cozy little vintage caravan "Klappi" at our private Nomadycamp Sedelberg. "Klappi" exudes a holiday vibe, far removed from everyday life. This charming little caravan is situated on the lawn in front of our house. Yet, you'll enjoy complete privacy and breathtaking panoramic views. The well-maintained WC/shower room is conveniently located nearby. The caravan is small but perfectly formed, measuring approximately 3m x 2m. With its ingenious design, it comfortably accommodates 3 adults for sleeping (one double bed 140cm x 200cm & one single bed 70cm x 200cm). For bookings of only two people, the single bed converts into a cozy seating area. A refrigerator, ample storage space, a charming (though aged) interior, and a practical awning provide all the comforts for an unforgettable camping holiday. A 3-socket power outlet and a camping lantern are provided. Outdoors, a table and two benches seating six offer the perfect spot for enjoyable meals and drinks. A fire pit adds to the romantic campfire ambiance. For our family, Klappi was love at first sight. We rented it once and then bought it! Our mountain offers fantastic distant views, as well as excellent hiking and biking opportunities. Bus connections are accessible with a 20-minute walk. Wir sind eine sechsköpfige Familie und leben auf einem extensiv bewirtschafteten, Bauernhof im Toggenburg. Auf unserem Hof leben zwischen 5-10 Hornkühe, die meisten in Pension, ein Rind mit seiner Mutterkuh und eine Katze. Der Hof liegt abgelegen auf einem Hügelplateau mit Weitsicht. Früher reisten wir als Paar einmal um die Welt. Auch heute noch sind wir, wann immer es möglich ist, als Familie unterwegs – bevorzugt mit dem Dachzelt sowohl in der Schweiz als auch im Ausland. Unsere Leidenschaft fürs Reisen und Unterwegssein teilen wir mit unseren Gästen. Mit Herz und Freude empfangen wir Gäste.

Unser Klappi wir vorbereitet und ist einzugsbereit. Es darf neben dem Camp ein offenes Feuer gemacht werden. Kaufe das Holz bei uns, oder sammle es gratis im Wald. Nimm einen Grillrost mit, oder leihe ihn bei uns aus. Richtig kuschelig ist es beim Campen nur im eigenen Schlafsack oder in den eigenen Decken. Nimm deshalb unbedingt alles mit, was du zum Schlafen brauchst. Bedenke, dass es im Frühling und Herbst auf über 900 m ü.M. ungeahnt frisch sein kann. Nimm bitte unbedingt genügend warme Sachen mit. Oft sind auch Gummistiefel für Draussen zu empfehlen. Eine bequeme Doppelbettmatratze und ein Fixleinen sind vorhanden. Der Wohnwagen hat keine Heizung und ist unisoliert.

Wir betreiben eine kl. Snack- und Kaffeebar. -in 30min Fussmarsch gibt es im Bergdörfli Krinau einen kl. Selbstbedienungsladen, samstags und mittwochs mit frischen Backwaren von der Dorfbäckerin. -Zudem gibt es in Krinau eine Besenbeiz mit variablen Öffnungszeiten. -Die nächste ÖV- Anbindung (Postautohaltestelle) befindet sich ebenfalls in Krinau.

Der Wohnwagen ist ganz alleine für die Gäste auf der Wiese unseres Vorplatzes anzutreffen. Wir lassen unsere Gäste in Ruhe, sind aber, falls gewünscht, auch offen für einen Schwatz, und helfen bei Fragen gerne weiter. Auf dem Hof darf man sich selbstverständlich frei bewegen. Was sonst noch gemacht wird: -Entspannen -Tagestouren mit dem Bike oder zu Fuss (Wanderwege wenige Schritte entfernt) -Bergdorf mit Besenbeiz und Selbstbedienungsladen in 30min Fussmarsch -Diverse Ausflugsziele an der Thur -Kägifabrik -Diverse Ausflugsziele im Toggenburg wie Klangweg, Baumwipfelpfad, Äulischlucht, Bergbahnen
