Cozy cabin on a small piece of paradise on Earth. Here, chickens, a dormouse, and many different bird and insect species reside. Occasionally, sheep also visit.
Nestled beside meadows and forest, vineyards, and above the Ahr river, the property lies paradisiacally secluded. Property neighbors are rarely present.
This is a place to linger; besides the sounds of nature, only occasionally can the road be heard, as well as a gardener and landscaper collecting materials from storage.
In addition to the overnight stay in the cabin, a treehouse (still under construction) or camping on the meadow are optionally possible (further listings to follow), so you might not be entirely alone. On more than 2000 sqm, everyone will find a corner for themselves and an opportunity to truly unwind.

Wasserzugang ist nur zu gesammeltem Regenwasser möglich. Trinkwasser muss selbst organisiert werden.
Es gibt eine Feuerstelle mit Grillmöglichkeit, sowie Sitzgelegenheiten und überdachte Flächen vor Ort.
Im Winter kann die Hütte über den kleinen Kamin beheizt werden, hierauf besteht dann auch die Möglichkeit zu kochen.
Im Sommer bleibt die Hütte durch die gute Isolierung schön kühl.
Spiele wie Boule/ Federball sind vorhanden.
Eine Solardusche kann installiert werden, eine Komposttoilette ist vorhanden.

Hello dear Nomady Team. Unfortunately, the evening didn't happen because Mareike canceled my booking for personal reasons. She probably already informed you about this. Since then, I've been waiting for my money to be refunded. Could you please make sure that Mareike gets the green light from you for the cancellation? Thank you very much.
My third stay in the quaint, rustic cabin on a large natural plot was again very relaxing and good. The covered terrace is valuable when it rains. There's a nice path to Ahrweiler through the vineyards, about 2km on foot. The hostess Mareike is friendly, open, and helpful.
The hut and everything around it was lovely for a stay. The surroundings were wonderfully secluded.
Good communication with Mareike! The location of the spacious property is ideal for people who love nature, peace, and rustic charm. There are good outdoor seating options that are lovely even in rain and thunderstorms. All in all, highly recommended!
We inquired very spontaneously and were even able to check in with Mareike in the middle of the night. We really liked the property and spent a great morning there with our three children before continuing our journey. Gladly again!
The cabin, including its location, is ideal for people who love nature, peace, and rustic charm.
It was a nice stay. The 'escaping' animals (goats and chickens) also kept us on our toes during our time there.
